Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on JCPenney’s omnichannel processes and procedures, educating customers and fellow associates on how to utilize these services effectively.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of omnichannel services, working together to meet customer needs and expectations.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing online orders and coordinating with the fulfillment team.<\/p>\n
