Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and other communication channels.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of Canon’s products and services in order to effectively assist clients.<\/p>\n
Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries and requests.<\/p>\n
Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and make recommendations for process improvements.<\/p>\n
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.<\/p>\n
Continuously develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competitors.<\/p>\n
Provide support and guidance to clients in navigating Canon’s products and services.<\/p>\n
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing training and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Canon’s products and services to existing clients.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with changes and updates in Canon’s products and services to effectively communicate them to clients.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities with existing clients.<\/p>\n
Represent Canon in a professional and positive manner, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.<\/p>\n
