Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Canon devices, including printers, scanners, and copiers.<\/p>\n
Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls and responding to emails in a friendly and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Maintain and update client records and service logs accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve client device issues remotely or by dispatching a technician.<\/p>\n
