Oversee and manage a team of field service technicians, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain service schedules and routes for the team to ensure timely delivery of services to customers.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track team performance, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality of service.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and development.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all service requests and inquiries are responded to and resolved in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer complaints and issues.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of service calls, expenses, and inventory levels.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and professional work environment for the team.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between the field service team and other departments within the company.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present reports on team performance and service delivery to superiors.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.<\/p>\n
