Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Is Required For The Onsite Field Service Technician I Position At Canon.<\/p>\n

Technical Certification Or Training: Candidates Should Possess Technical Certification Or Relevant Training In Areas Such As Electronics, Computer Science, Or Engineering. This Will Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Skills In Troubleshooting And Repairing Canon Products.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Technical Support: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Role Is Preferred For This Position. It Will Showcase The Candidate’s Ability To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Resolve Technical Issues Efficiently.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of Canon Products: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Canon Products, Including Cameras, Printers, And Scanners. This Will Enable Them To Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues Accurately And Efficiently.<\/p>\n
