Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for Canon’s imaging and optical products.<\/p>\n
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure the efficient operation of our products.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.<\/p>\n
Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of Canon’s products and services to effectively support and educate customers.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.<\/p>\n
Comply with all safety and company policies and procedures while on-site.<\/p>\n
Assist in the installation and setup of new products and provide training to customers on product usage.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements related to Canon’s products.<\/p>\n
Represent Canon in a professional and positive manner at all times.<\/p>\n
Work independently and efficiently to meet service call targets and maintain customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for new product sales and upgrades.<\/p>\n
Keep track of and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools needed for on-site repairs.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.<\/p>\n
Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
