Provide technical support and services for Canon’s semiconductor products in the field.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Canon’s semiconductor products.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on Canon’s semiconductor products.<\/p>\n
Install, configure, and test semiconductor equipment at customer sites.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.<\/p>\n
Document all service and repair activities accurately and timely.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on-site.<\/p>\n
Travel to various customer sites to provide on-site technical support as needed.<\/p>\n
Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of Canon’s semiconductor products.<\/p>\n
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for on-site repairs.<\/p>\n
Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on field experience.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.<\/p>\n
