Perform plunge and sinker EDM operations to produce high-quality products according to company standards.<\/p>\n
Set up and operate EDM machines efficiently and accurately.<\/p>\n
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality.<\/p>\n
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine machining methods and sequences.<\/p>\n
Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the machines.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members and engineers to continuously improve processes and products.<\/p>\n

Train and mentor junior machinists as needed.<\/p>\n
