Design and develop training programs for the Print Devices\/Software Applications and Curriculum for the Systems and Technical team.<\/p>\n
Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of Canon’s imaging solutions and technologies.<\/p>\n
Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support the training programs.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date with the latest technologies and applications.<\/p>\n
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their quality.<\/p>\n
Identify and address any knowledge gaps or performance issues within the team through training and coaching.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in print technologies and software applications to continuously improve training programs.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on Canon’s imaging solutions, providing guidance and support to team members and customers.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive learning environment and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the Systems and Technical team.<\/p>\n
