Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets for the IRIS division in the US market<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and identify new business opportunities<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to drive their success<\/p>\n
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the IRIS product portfolio and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential and existing customers<\/p>\n
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior leadership<\/p>\n
Attend industry events and conferences to network, build relationships, and promote Canon as a leader in imaging technology solutions<\/p>\n
Continuously seek out new business opportunities and develop creative solutions to drive sales growth and increase market share<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations, in all sales activities.<\/p>\n
