Manage and analyze the credit and collections processes of the company.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and accurate processing of credit applications and collections.<\/p>\n
Communicate with customers to resolve credit and collections issues in a professional and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track customer credit limits and payment terms.<\/p>\n
Review and assess credit risks and make recommendations for credit approvals.<\/p>\n
Prepare and maintain credit and collections reports for management review.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer credit and collections matters.<\/p>\n
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to credit and collections.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized records of credit and collections activities.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements for the credit and collections department.<\/p>\n
Keep confidential information secure and adhere to company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.<\/p>\n
