Perform routine and emergency maintenance on Canon semiconductor equipment in the field.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.<\/p>\n
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide efficient and effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Utilize technical manuals and schematics to perform repairs and adjustments on equipment.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on new technology and equipment developments to provide the best service to customers.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties.<\/p>\n
Provide training and support to customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment.<\/p>\n
Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support and service.<\/p>\n
Prioritize and manage multiple service calls and tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Canon to customers and colleagues.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Assist in the development and implementation of new equipment installation and maintenance procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the Engineering team to provide feedback and suggestions for equipment improvements.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Engineering Technician In The Semiconductor Industry, Preferably In A Field Service Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Associate’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Such As Lithography, Etch, And Deposition.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Electrical And Mechanical Systems.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ability To Work Independently And Travel Frequently To Customer Sites, Often On Short Notice.<\/p>\n
