Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, utilizing problem-solving skills and escalating to management when necessary.<\/p>\n
Track and document all customer interactions and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.<\/p>\n
