Provide technical support and services to customers in the semiconductor industry.<\/p>\n
Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor equipment.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and provide timely and effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and developments in semiconductor technology.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor new team members on equipment maintenance and repair procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service calls, repairs, and replacements.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing on-site services.<\/p>\n
Travel to customer sites as needed, sometimes on short notice, to provide technical support and services.<\/p>\n
Assist with the development and testing of new products and equipment.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n
Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary parts and tools are available for service calls.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Semiconductor Industry, Preferably In A Field Service Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Experience With Semiconductor Equipment And Processes, Including Troubleshooting And Maintenance.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Willingness To Travel To Customer Sites For Extended Periods Of Time And Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Needed.<\/p>\n
