Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on production equipment at client sites.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with production equipment.<\/p>\n
Install, upgrade, and retrofit production equipment as needed.<\/p>\n
Provide timely and thorough technical support to clients.<\/p>\n
Keep accurate records of service visits and equipment repairs.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions for complex technical problems.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on new technology and industry developments related to production equipment.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role: Candidates Should Have A Solid Background In Field Service Technician Roles, Specifically With Production Equipment. This Experience Will Ensure That They Are Familiar With The Types Of Equipment And Issues They Will Encounter In The Role.<\/p>\n

Technical Degree Or Certification: A Technical Degree Or Certification In A Relevant Field, Such As Electronics Or Mechanical Engineering, Is A Must For This Role. This Demonstrates The Candidate’s Technical Knowledge And Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Production Equipment.<\/p>\n

Strong Communication Skills: Field Service Technicians Will Be Required To Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Managers On A Regular Basis. Therefore, Candidates Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Technical Information And Instructions.<\/p>\n
