Diagnose and repair a variety of Canon products, such as printers and cameras, in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients in a professional and friendly manner.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including details of the issue and resolution.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date on new product releases and technology advancements to effectively troubleshoot and repair Canon products.<\/p>\n
Travel to customer locations within the Northern California area to perform on-site repairs.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.<\/p>\n
Use various diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and resolve technical problems.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company standards and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs in customer locations.<\/p>\n
Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge through training and self-study to stay current with industry advancements.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As A Field Service Technician With A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Technical Support.<\/p>\n

Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Electronic And Mechanical Systems, Including Canon Products And Equipment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Hardware And Software Systems, Including Networking And Connectivity.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Customers.<\/p>\n
