Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the store.<\/p>\n
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.<\/p>\n
Handle returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags and wrapping materials.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all cash handling and loss prevention procedures.<\/p>\n
Upsell and promote store credit cards and other promotions to customers.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales to inform customers.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management by counting and organizing cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.<\/p>\n
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed on company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.<\/p>\n
Take initiative to help with tasks and duties outside of cashiering, such as restocking shelves or helping customers find products.<\/p>\n
Communicate any customer feedback or issues to management for further action.<\/p>\n
