Provide exceptional technical support to customers by troubleshooting and repairing complex medical diagnostics and research equipment in the field.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and their equipment is functioning at the highest level.<\/p>\n
Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in the field to ensure the highest level of technical expertise.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and equipment status to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.<\/p>\n
Train customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on customer sites to ensure a safe and secure work environment.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve service processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and increase efficiency.<\/p>\n
