Design and develop enterprise software solutions for Beckman Coulter, ensuring high quality and adherence to company standards.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.<\/p>\n
Act as a technical expert and provide guidance and support to junior developers on the team.<\/p>\n
Participate in code reviews, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve software performance.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development to continuously improve our products and processes.<\/p>\n
Communicate project status and potential issues to stakeholders, and recommend solutions to overcome any roadblocks.<\/p>\n
Continuously improve and optimize existing software systems to enhance functionality and user experience.<\/p>\n
Work closely with Quality Assurance and DevOps teams to ensure proper testing and deployment of software solutions.<\/p>\n
Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and maintainability of codebase.<\/p>\n
Mentor and coach other team members on software development best practices and techniques.<\/p>\n
