Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key technology components to ensure their timely availability and effective cost management.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and pricing.<\/p>\n
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements, and develop sourcing plans to support their business objectives.<\/p>\n
Manage supplier relationships and performance, including conducting regular business reviews and addressing any issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization within the supply chain.<\/p>\n
Monitor market trends and changes in the industry to proactively adjust sourcing strategies as needed.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sourcing initiatives.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with advancements and innovations in key technology components and proactively identify potential new suppliers or technologies that could benefit the organization.<\/p>\n
Communicate and report on key sourcing metrics and results to senior management.<\/p>\n
Lead or participate in cross-functional projects related to sourcing and supply chain management.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations related to sourcing and procurement.<\/p>\n
Mentor and provide guidance to junior sourcing analysts as needed.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

Advanced Knowledge Of Key Technologies Used In The Manufacturing Of Medical Devices, Such As Automation, Robotics, And Software.<\/p>\n
