Lead and manage a team of sales representatives in the West and Sichuan regions of China.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to increase reagent sales in the designated regions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track the progress of the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.<\/p>\n
Train and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote reagent products.<\/p>\n
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to upper management.<\/p>\n
Travel to various locations within the designated regions to meet with clients and attend industry events.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies.<\/p>\n
Set achievable sales targets for the team, and motivate and incentivize them to exceed these targets.<\/p>\n
Maintain a deep understanding of the life science industry and our products, and effectively communicate this knowledge to team members.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the sales team.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant regulations.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
