Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement within the manufacturing department.<\/p>\n
Utilize technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to develop and implement solutions for process optimization.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.<\/p>\n
Lead and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address any quality issues in the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert for process-related inquiries and provide technical support to production teams.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.<\/p>\n
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve processes and techniques.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians in process improvement methodologies and techniques.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Process Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.<\/p>\n

Strong Knowledge Of And Experience With Process Design, Validation, And Optimization.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Statistical Analysis Tools, And Process Simulation Software.<\/p>\n
