Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain operations and achieve cost savings for the organization.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement within the supply chain.<\/p>\n
Utilize data analytics and forecasting to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze industry trends, supplier performance, and market conditions to inform sourcing strategies.<\/p>\n
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.<\/p>\n
Lead supplier selection and qualification processes to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and services are obtained.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.<\/p>\n
Lead and support project management initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain.<\/p>\n
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sourcing best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.<\/p>\n
Communicate sourcing strategies, progress, and results to senior management and other key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior sourcing analysts and provide guidance on sourcing best practices, processes, and tools.<\/p>\n
