Provide technical support to customers for our laboratory equipment and instrumentation.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Conduct on-site visits to customer sites to troubleshoot and repair equipment.<\/p>\n
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.<\/p>\n
Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.<\/p>\n
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical support provided.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product updates, and share knowledge with customers.<\/p>\n
Act as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter, maintaining a positive and professional image at all times.<\/p>\n
Assist in the development and improvement of technical support processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.<\/p>\n
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.<\/p>\n
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Life Sciences.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Life Sciences Industry.<\/p>\n

Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Related To Laboratory Equipment And Software.<\/p>\n

Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Customers On The Use And Maintenance Of Beckman Coulter Products.<\/p>\n
