Develop and execute strategic plans for the product portfolio, in line with the company’s overall goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the medical device industry.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, marketing, and manufacturing to develop and launch new products.<\/p>\n
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and post-launch performance tracking.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, KOLs, and industry partners.<\/p>\n
Lead pricing and positioning strategies for products, ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze product performance, recommending and implementing corrective actions as needed.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage budgets for the product portfolio, ensuring cost-effective operations.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and leverage this knowledge to inform product strategy.<\/p>\n
Train and educate sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective product marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n
Monitor and comply with all relevant regulations and standards for medical devices.<\/p>\n
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on product performance and market trends.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve product processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.<\/p>\n
