Lead and manage the Lab Solutions Demo Center to ensure its success and growth.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement innovative strategies to showcase and demonstrate our cutting-edge lab solutions to customers.<\/p>\n
Conduct hands-on demonstrations and provide technical support for our products to potential customers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective messaging and promotional materials for the Demo Center.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and demonstration techniques.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the Demo Center experience.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in laboratory technology to ensure the Demo Center remains at the forefront of innovation.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry leaders to drive business and promote the Demo Center.<\/p>\n
Manage the budget and resources of the Demo Center to ensure efficient and effective operations.<\/p>\n
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the Demo Center.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines in the Demo Center.<\/p>\n
Represent Beckman Coulter at industry conferences and events to promote the Demo Center and network with potential customers.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the Demo Center team.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth for the Demo Center and its team members.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, their capabilities, and their applications to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Engineering)<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Equipment And Instrumentation, Particularly In The Life Sciences Industry<\/p>\n
