Provide exceptional technical support and service to customers in the Raleigh \/ Durham, NC territory.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Beckman Coulter diagnostic and life science solutions.<\/p>\n
Install, maintain, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment at customer sites.<\/p>\n
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to address customer needs and improve product performance.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and communicate potential product or service issues to management.<\/p>\n
Keep accurate records of service calls, expenses, and inventory in accordance with company guidelines.<\/p>\n
