Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.<\/p>\n

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on instruments to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and customer communication.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in our instruments and technology.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve our products and processes based on customer feedback.<\/p>\n

Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Beckman Coulter Products And Systems.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Preferably With A Focus On Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.<\/p>\n
