Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the healthcare and life sciences industries.<\/p>\n
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise with our products.<\/p>\n
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and communicate feedback to the product development team.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective communication to meet customer needs.<\/p>\n
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.<\/p>\n
Provide timely and accurate reports on customer interactions and product usage to management.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support and training.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biomedical Engineering.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Customers On The Use Of Beckman Coulter Products.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Technical Or Application Support Role Within The Life Science Or Medical Device Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Laboratory Instrumentation And Workflows, Particularly In The Areas Of Clinical Chemistry And Hematology.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Fluency In Italian And English, With The Ability To Travel Within The Turin Area And Potentially Internationally For Customer Visits And Training Sessions.<\/p>\n
