Conduct thorough financial analysis for the Latin America region to identify key performance indicators and provide strategic insights for driving financial performance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to forecast and track financial performance.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to communicate key financial metrics to stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Provide recommendations and insights to senior management based on financial analysis and market trends.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze market and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.<\/p>\n
Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the Latin America region.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws in the Latin America region.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze financial data.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor other team members on financial analysis and reporting.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Latin America region.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in financial analysis and reporting.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis In A Multinational Company, Preferably In The Latin American Region.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Accounting Principles, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Variance Analysis.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Fluency In Spanish And Portuguese, As Well As Proficiency In English.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Erp Systems, Such As Sap, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Modeling Tools.<\/p>\n
