Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets in the diagnostic market in Germany<\/p>\n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in the EAST region of Germany<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions<\/p>\n
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our diagnostic products and solutions<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in order to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition<\/p>\n
Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement<\/p>\n
Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior sales team members to help them achieve their targets and develop their skills and knowledge<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, product development, and logistics, to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.<\/p>\n
