Provide exceptional technical support to customers in Europe, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.<\/p>\n
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to ensure proper usage and understanding of our equipment.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical diagnostics and research equipment.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of any technical issues.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions for technical issues.<\/p>\n
Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site technical support and training.<\/p>\n
Document and report all customer interactions and technical issues accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
