Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration of production processes.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough analysis and testing of production processes to identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality materials for production.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in production technology.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Production Or Manufacturing.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Production Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Diagnostics Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Methods.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience With Production Planning And Scheduling, As Well As Continuous Improvement Initiatives.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
