Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and initiatives for automation products in the APAC region.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of professionals to drive process optimization and continuous improvement efforts.<\/p>\n
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of operational excellence initiatives.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular training and communication sessions to educate and engage employees in operational excellence initiatives.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive operational excellence.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation to continuously improve processes and products.<\/p>\n
Provide regular reports and updates on the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives.<\/p>\n
