Provide technical support to clients in the Lancashire and Flyde area for Beckman Coulter products and services.<\/p>\n
Maintain a thorough understanding of all Beckman Coulter products and services, including new developments and updates.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Conduct on-site visits to clients’ facilities to install, maintain, and repair Beckman Coulter equipment.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex technical issues.<\/p>\n
Keep thorough and accurate records of all client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for clients to educate them on Beckman Coulter products and services.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Represent Beckman Coulter in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to company values and standards.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering Or Electrical Engineering.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Field Service Engineering Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Scientific And Laboratory Equipment, Including Diagnostic Instruments And Medical Devices.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues.<\/p>\n
