Develop and implement supplier quality assurance and control processes and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to evaluate their adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Lead supplier corrective action processes, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Review and approve supplier change notifications and ensure proper documentation and testing is completed.<\/p>\n
Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.<\/p>\n
Conduct risk assessments of suppliers to determine potential impact on product quality and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.<\/p>\n
Participate in supplier selection and qualification processes, ensuring suppliers meet established quality standards.<\/p>\n
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to supplier quality assurance and control.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics and reports for management review.<\/p>\n
Train and educate suppliers on quality requirements and expectations.<\/p>\n
Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product development and supplier selection.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve supplier quality processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supplier Quality Assurance\/Control In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Conduct Root Cause Analysis And Implement Corrective And Preventive Actions.<\/p>\n
