Oversee and manage the daily operations of our distribution department, including scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution processes and increase efficiency.<\/p>\n
Lead and motivate a team of distribution staff to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments, such as manufacturing and sales, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all company and industry safety standards.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory and resolve any discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and address potential supply chain issues to minimize disruptions and delays.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving measures.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on distribution operations and make recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Train and develop distribution staff to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable team.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and laws.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Distribution Operations Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In-Depth Knowledge Of Distribution Processes, Inventory Management, And Logistics Operations.<\/p>\n
