Provide technical support and expertise for Beckman Coulter’s laboratory equipment to ensure it is functioning at optimal levels for customers.<\/p>\n
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.<\/p>\n
Conduct product demonstrations and train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide input for product development.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to management on customer feedback and satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Act as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter by providing excellent customer service and promoting our products and services.<\/p>\n
Continuously improve and develop technical skills to better serve customers and provide efficient solutions.<\/p>\n
Travel to customer sites for on-site training, support, and troubleshooting as needed.<\/p>\n
