Oversee and manage the day-to-day manufacturing operations at the facility.<\/p>\n
Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met by effectively managing resources, schedules, and workflows.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality products.<\/p>\n
Lead and develop a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.<\/p>\n
