Conduct laboratory experiments and tests following established protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Perform data analysis and interpretation to ensure accuracy and validity of results.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments and results.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize production processes.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory.<\/p>\n
Assist with the development and validation of new diagnostic products.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies and equipment.<\/p>\n
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the healthcare and diagnostic field.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior laboratory staff.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project progress.<\/p>\n
Adhere to strict quality control measures and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.<\/p>\n
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Microbiology.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
At Least 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Production Or Manufacturing Environment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Blood Virus Testing And Related Technologies, Such As Pcr, Elisa, And Flow Cytometry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Assays.<\/p>\n

Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently And Accurately In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.<\/p>\n
