Manage and monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with protocols, regulations, and timelines.<\/p>\n
Conduct site visits to ensure proper documentation and adherence to study procedures.<\/p>\n
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical trial plans.<\/p>\n
Review and analyze clinical data to identify any potential risks or issues.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with investigators and study coordinators to ensure participant safety and data integrity.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior clinical research associates.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all study activities.<\/p>\n
Communicate study progress and updates to project teams and management.<\/p>\n
Identify and address any deviations from study protocols.<\/p>\n
Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.<\/p>\n
Participate in study start-up activities, including site selection and initiation visits.<\/p>\n
Ensure proper storage and handling of investigational products.<\/p>\n
Assist in the development of study protocols and other study-related documents.<\/p>\n
Attend investigator meetings and provide updates on study progress.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of all study data and information.<\/p>\n
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the clinical research department.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between study sites and the company.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues that may impact study timelines or outcomes.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Medicine.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Research Associate, Preferably In A Senior Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Relevant Regulations.<\/p>\n

Proven Experience In Managing And Monitoring Clinical Trials, Including Site Selection, Initiation, And Close-Out Activities.<\/p>\n
