Provide technical support to customers for Beckman Coulter medical technology equipment.<\/p>\n
Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and provide timely solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective service strategies.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and inventory.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in order to provide the best support to customers.<\/p>\n
Train and educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of equipment.<\/p>\n
