Demonstrate and promote various beauty products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products in order to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Educate customers on proper usage and application of beauty products, as well as provide tips and tricks for achieving desired results.<\/p>\n
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments and returns.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members and managers to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.<\/p>\n
Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to continually enhance knowledge and expertise in the beauty industry.<\/p>\n
Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to customer service standards and merchandising guidelines.<\/p>\n
Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
