Conduct routine inspections of merchandise, entrances, and exits to identify potential security risks.<\/p>\n
Act as a visible deterrent to potential shoplifters and other security threats.<\/p>\n
Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with management and other team members to develop and implement strategies to prevent theft and reduce security risks.<\/p>\n
Respond to and resolve any security-related incidents in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Document all security incidents and maintain accurate records for reporting and future reference.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough investigations of suspected theft and other security incidents.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and law enforcement officials when necessary.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws related to asset protection.<\/p>\n
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to asset protection.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.<\/p>\n
Assist in training and mentoring new team members on asset protection protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Continuously assess and improve security measures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.<\/p>\n
