Collaborate with the design team to develop new and innovative product designs that align with the company’s brand and customer preferences.<\/p>\n
Utilize creativity and attention to detail to bring the company’s vision to life in product designs.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on current fashion trends and incorporate them into product designs.<\/p>\n
Work closely with experienced designers to learn and expand knowledge of design techniques and processes.<\/p>\n
Participate in brainstorming and concept development meetings to contribute ideas and suggestions for new product designs.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences and incorporate them into designs.<\/p>\n
Take ownership of assigned design projects and ensure timely completion within given deadlines.<\/p>\n
Create technical sketches and detailed design specifications for production.<\/p>\n
Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including merchandising, sourcing, and production to ensure the successful execution of designs.<\/p>\n
Continuously review and provide feedback on designs to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the company’s brand image.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in design techniques to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.<\/p>\n
Maintain organized and accurate design files and records.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.<\/p>\n

Proficient In Adobe Creative Suite, Specifically Illustrator And Photoshop<\/p>\n

Strong Understanding Of Garment Construction And Manufacturing Processes<\/p>\n
