Greet and welcome clients to the Designer In Training Salon with a positive and friendly attitude.<\/p>\n
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized salon environment for a comfortable and enjoyable experience for clients.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing training and education programs to develop skills and knowledge in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and other salon services.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service by listening to and understanding clients’ needs and preferences, and offering professional advice and recommendations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with senior stylists and salon manager to learn and implement new techniques and trends.<\/p>\n
Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records.<\/p>\n
Uphold high standards of salon sanitation and hygiene to ensure the health and safety of clients and staff.<\/p>\n
Assist with promoting and marketing salon services and products to attract new clients and retain existing ones.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve and perfect skills through self-directed practice and constructive feedback from senior stylists.<\/p>\n
Represent the salon and JCPenney brand positively by adhering to company policies and procedures and upholding a professional image at all times.<\/p>\n
