Provide exceptional customer service to all JCPenney customers, both in-store and online.<\/p>\n
Utilize knowledge of omnichannel operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to effectively manage and fulfill online orders.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management and maintaining accurate stock levels.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot any issues or concerns related to online orders or in-store purchases.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on JCPenney’s products and services in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns.<\/p>\n
Assist with in-store tasks and responsibilities as needed, including but not limited to restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.<\/p>\n
Act as a brand ambassador for JCPenney, promoting the company’s values and mission.<\/p>\n
