Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.<\/p>\n
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of store processes and procedures, and make necessary improvements to increase productivity.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of retail associates, providing support, guidance, and training as needed.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and appearance to create a positive shopping experience for customers.<\/p>\n
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other store supervisors and managers to achieve overall store goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise, utilizing problem-solving skills and taking appropriate action.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain store budget, including labor and expenses, to ensure profitability.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve store operations.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service and handle any escalated customer issues with professionalism and tact.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Operations Environment.<\/p>\n
