Receive and process incoming merchandise, including unpacking, counting, and verifying accuracy of orders.<\/p>\n
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, labeled, and entered into inventory system.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks and restocking shelves as needed.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate execution of tasks.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.<\/p>\n
Assist with setting up and maintaining promotional displays and signage.<\/p>\n
Work with store leadership to identify and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of merchandise and the store.<\/p>\n
Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the JCPenney brand.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist customers.<\/p>\n
