Assist the Store Manager in daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to: opening and closing procedures, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.<\/p>\n
Train and develop a team of sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Monitor sales goals and performance metrics, and take necessary actions to drive sales and meet targets.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and professional development.<\/p>\n
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Calvin Klein image and values, and ensuring all team members do the same.<\/p>\n
Maintain store appearance and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company guidelines.<\/p>\n
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Assist with scheduling and payroll management to ensure adequate staffing and budget compliance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to: employee code of conduct, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on current fashion trends and industry developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.<\/p>\n
Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.<\/p>\n
Assist in organizing and executing store events and promotions.<\/p>\n
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or higher management.<\/p>\n
